Address Corrections

We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost to the correct address.

Orders can be canceled prior to shipping. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

Damaged Shipments
